Terms and conditions of Eighth Soul tattoo studio

The client is obliged to read the terms and conditions.

1. Cost of tattooing :
- Most of the design is priced individually. 
- The artist may discontinue the treatment if the client's mood worsens. This usually involves
   additional fee if another visit is needed to complete the tattoo.
- The client is entitled to an anesthetic cream for an additional fee and uses it at their own risk.
- The tattoo artist is not responsible for any side effects or complications due to the use of the
   anesthetic cream.

2. Enrollment:
- Tattoo appointments are determined at the time of enrollment.
- To book an appointment, a deposit of £50 must be paid within 7 working days.
- The deposit is non-refundable. (It is 100% refundable if the session is cancelled by the
   artist).
- You can change your tattoo appointment without forfeiting the deposit up to 7 days before
   the scheduled date.
- Failure to show up for the appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
- The artist has the right to change the appointment if he/she feels that:
-changes have occurred on the body that prevent proper tattooing, such as tanning,
  skin disease, skin irritation etc.
-the physical condition of the client or his/her skin prevents proper performance of the
  procedure, (change of date not resulting from the artist's fault is equivalent with loss of
  deposit).

3. Rules concerning the tattoo design and performance:

- The tattoo is the tattoo artist's interpretation based on the client's design and description.
- The design is done on the day of the session.
- The tattoo artist does not make copies of tattoos of other tattooists.
- The tattooist has the right to refuse the tattoo.
  (if the client requests a tattoo other than the one agreed upon at registration)
- Tattooing is an artistic craft and the final result differs from the presented design.
- During the tattoo session changes in the design are possible with the consent of both parties.
- The tattooist is not responsible for changing the client's concept after the tattoo has been
  performed and has no obligation to provide corrections for this reason.
- The client has the right to 1 tattoo revision. (30£)
  You have to pay more for the repair if it is caused by inadequate care or loss of ink due to
  drinking alcohol after the session. Drinking alcohol after a tattoo session is the most
  common reason for ink bleeding from the skin and ink loss.
- Change of concept, alterations to the design are not included in the free touch up.


4. Studio terms and conditions:
- Only adults may undergo the tattooing procedure.
- The client must have their ID card with them and show it to the tattooist if asked.
- The client must not be under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs.
- The client is not allowed to bring any accompanying persons (without agreement), children or animals.
- Smoking and consumption of intoxicants is strictly prohibited in the studio.
- The client has the right to check the sterility of needles and grips before the procedure. 

5. Client performs the tattoo on their own responsibility.
    The studio is not responsible for any complications as a result of the procedure or bad handling 
    of a fresh tattoo.
    The skin is exposed to infection within a few days after the procedure.
    The studio is not responsible for any side effects connected with the tattoo procedure.

6. The procedure of tattooing:
- The artist disinfects the skin with an antiseptic.
- If there is hair on the skin, it is removed with a disposable razor. The skin is disinfected again.
- The artist, wearing disposable gloves, applies a special preparation to the skin, which allows
  the pattern to be reflected on the skin.
- After accepting the size and placement of the design on the body, the client waits from 10 to 20 minutes 
  for the pattern to dry.
- The artist prepares disposable materials for the procedure. Disposables include needles,
  machine handles, ink cups, gloves, ink, paper towels, foil covers for the table, cables, lamp, bed, etc.
- Only the machine and the power supply are reusable - the whole is disinfected beforehand. The whole 
  treatment is disinfected before and after the procedure, and during the service packed
   in disposable foil sleeves.
- The whole procedure is done in disposable gloves that are changed after a certain time.
- After the tattoo is finished, the skin is protected with a vapor permeable dressing (second skin) or food wrap.
- Materials used during tattooing, such as needles, machine holders, ink cups along with ink are disposed 
  of through a specialised company that deals with the collection of contaminated with microorganisms.

7. The performance of the tattoo involves consent to take a photograph.
- The artist has the right to make a photo or video documenting the tattoo and possibly
  and possible publication in press, social networks, own web site and for marketing purposes
  and to use it for marketing purposes.
- By accepting the Terms and Conditions you commit yourself to present the tattoo during the
   picture taking in the way indicated by the artist. The artist commits himself to publish the
   tattoo in a way that does not show directly showing the client's face.

- The client agrees to follow the recommendations of the tattoo artist after the performed procedure.
- By paying the deposit, the client agrees to knowingly perform the procedure
   and consciously accepts the above regulations.
